Watch Bruno Mars Start A GRAMMY Win Streak With 'Unorthodox Jukebox' In 2014 | GRAMMY Rewind

With 15 GRAMMY wins and 31 nominations, Bruno Mars has become a fixture at the GRAMMY Awards. After his win at the 2014 GRAMMYs — Best Pop Vocal Album for his second LP, Unorthodox Jukebox — the superstar went nine-for-nine through the 2022 GRAMMYs. Along with beginning his winning streak, his 2014 victory was especially meaningful, as it came just seven months after his mother's passing.

After a brief dance on stage, Mars turned his gratitude to his musical team and family. "My father's in the audience. Pops, I love you," Mars says, also acknowledging his girlfriend, Jessica Caban. Before leaving the stage, Mars dedicated the win to his mother. "Ma, I know you're watching. I hope you're smiling. I love you," he says.
